Multi-agency effort nabs two heroin dealers
HYANNIS - The combined efforts of local, state and federal agents led to the capture of two alleged heroin dealers in Hyannis Friday. The three-month sting by Barnstable, New Bedford and Fairhaven police along with the Bristol County Sheriff's Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency included uncover buys. Ramon Serrano, 32, and Juliet Eskholme, 27, were arrested in Hyannis and charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws and trafficking in heroin. Police recovered $150 grams of heroin with a street value of $50,000. Officials also executed a search warrant at Serrano's home in New Bedford, seizing an additional 75 grams of heroin.The pair are expected to face additional charges in New Bedford and Fairhaven.
