Medical condition may have led to Bourne crash
BOURNE - A medical condition may have led to a crash that seriously injured a driver in Bourne about 5 p.m. A car struck a tree in front of 1183 County Road. The driver was rushed to Falmouth Hospital. Bourne Police are investigating.

One injured in Dennis crash
DENNIS
- One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dennis shortly after 2 p.m. According to reports, a Bentley and a Subaru collided on the Exit 9B ramp from Route 6 to Route 134. Firefighters had to extricate one of the drivers who was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. The other driver was not injured. Dennis and State Police were on scene investigating.

Jewelry, guns stolen during Yarmouth B&E
YARMOUTH
- On Saturday at 7 p.m., the residents of a home on Beverly Road in West Yarmouth reported that someone had broken in to their home between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. that day and stolen a gold chain necklace and two firearms.

The firearms were legally owned and secured with trigger locks. The stolen firearms are a Benelli 18.5 inch 12 Gauge Nova Tactical Shotgun and a Remington 26 inch .308 700SPS bolt action rifle with a scope.

The jewelry is a 14K gold chain with a Minnie Mouse pendant.

The case is currently being investigated by the Yarmouth Police Detective Division with assistance from the Barnstable County Sheriff's Department Crime Scene Unit.

Provincetown Police weekly arrest report
PROVINCETOWN
- Provincetown Police report one arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On January 14th at 7:40 p.m. Sgt. Thomas Koumanelis arrested
Paul R. Foley, 52, of Truro was charged with
Warrant arrest (malicious destruction of property)

- Truro Police report two arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On January 14th at 8:16 a.m. Lt. Craig Danziger arrested
Shayne W. Alexis, 35, of Wellfleet was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon

On January 17th at 8:55 p.m. Ofc. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Vanessa L. Veit, 36, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Failing to dim headlights
