CHATHAM - Routine records management performed by Chatham Police indicated that 63-year-old John J. Stangl had failed to re-register with the Massachusetts Sex Offender registry Board (SORB). Police located Mr. Stangl at his residence on Thursday and arrested him without incident.Mr. Stangle was recently arrested by the Chatham Police Department on December 03, 2012, for failing to maintain his court ordered GPS tracking device.
