Police say William Vose, 22, of Woods Hole was ejected after he crashed at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday on Woods Hole Road.
Officers responding to the scene found Vose's car fully engulfed in flames, but found the victim lying in the road after being pulled away from his car.
He was pronounced dead at Falmouth Hospital.
A witness told police vose was appeared to be traveling too fast, which is considered a factor in the crash.
