August 24, 2012 (BOURNE) The 102nd intelligence wing at the Massachusetts Military Reservation will conduct a change of command this weekend. Colonel Anthony Schiavi will hand over control to Colonel Patrick Cobb tomorrow (Saturday). In his previous assignment – Cobb served as the director of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance at an air national guard base in Maryland. He’s been in the guard for 20 years. Schiavi have been the commander at the 102nd since 2008 and will now serve as the executive director of the Massachusetts Military Reservation.
