August 7, 2012 (YARMOUTH) _ Yarmouth police are warning residents in the Bass River and South Yarmouth neighborhoods about a rash of break-ins in recent days.

Authorities say 10 homes have been targeted – and in some cases they were occupied at the time.

Police are urging people to keep doors and windows locked – and use exterior lighting.

Anyone with information about the breaks is urged to contact authorities.
