July 10, 2012 (WAREHAM) _ A Brockton man who drove the wrong way on Route 495 in Wareham last month, crashing head-on into another driver who was killed, will face motor vehicle homicide charges.

Phendy Pamphile will also be charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Christopher Elicier of Wareham was ejected from his vehicle by the impact of the crash. The 43-year-old was declared dead at the scene.

Elcier – who leaves a wife and two sons – was on the way to his overnight job at Taunton State Hospital.
