In Plymouth District Court Tuesday, John Lundborn’s case was continued without a finding for one year.
Under the deal, Lundborn admitted sufficient facts, agreeing there was enough evidence for a guilty finding.
He loses his license for 45 days and will enroll in a driver alcohol program. The former chief will be on probation for 12 months. Lundborn was arrested in October by his own officers after crashing his brand-new police cruiser.

Five others were evaluated at the scene.
The home's heating system was condemned until repairs could be made so the Red Cross was called to provide temporary shelter for the remaining occupants.
Fire officials say there were no working CO detectors in the home and report the eight victims are lucky to be alive.
