And now Seashore officials have sent letters to the lessees of the 5 camps they own that they will not renew their leases.
They’re also telling the camp residents that they will have to leave the property by September 15th.
The move has upset several families who use the camps – many of whom have been there for four decades.
Seashore Superintendent George Price says they wouldn’t be taking the measure if the structures weren’t in danger of falling into the ocean.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 5:30 in the new Town Hall Annex at 261 George Ryder Road.
