Safe Dog Traps Set At Thompson's Field

Harwich Animal Control is giving community members a heads-up about a safe dog trap they have set up at Thompson's Field.

It's on the Route 39 side about 30 feet into the center path and is being monitored by surveillance cameras.

They're trying to catch a medium-sized light brown female pittie-type mix that's been seen roaming around the field for days.

Animal Control is asking everyone to steer clear of the trap and keep your own dogs on a leash until it's removed.
