Some tense moments for a woman in Yarmouth early Monday morning.
A man is charged with breaking and entering after the woman discovered that he was hiding in the back seat of her car.
Police say they found a car on Route 6 near the exit ramp that they originally thought was disabled.
The woman was calling 911 when the officer arrived.
She told police that when she left a friend's house she did not notice the man in the back seat.
When she looked in her rear view mirror she spotted him.
Police arresting a 36 year old man identified as Jailton Dos Santos of South Yarmouth.
Police asking residents to lock your cars---and always look in the back seat before getting inside, just to be extra safe.
