The Cape and Islands Association of Realtors says the real estate market here on Cape is beginning to show signs of returning to normal after a red hot market over the last several months.
According to the association, the median price for a single family home in July was an even $600-thousand and $395-thousand for condos.
Last July those numbers were $496-thousand and $338-thousand for homes and condos.
Those numbers are slightly lower than May and June.
The association says activity is getting back to pre-pandemic levels.
