Zero new Coronavirus deaths were reported on the Cape and Islands on Tuesday.
The regional death toll from the pandemic stood pat at 407.
The state reported 4 new virus cases for Cape Cod, one new case for Martha’s Vineyard and retracted a case from Nantucket.
The local case count is at 12,157.
