Barnstable County’s property sales value and volume continue to rise, according to register of deeds Jack Meade.
The latest numbers show that the volume of sales rose by 14% over last year and the value of sales is up just over 31%.
The median sales value for property in Barnstable County last year was 385-thousand dollars, this year, that number rose to 443-thousand.
