Governor Charlie Baker is expected to meet with Vice President Mike Pence on Nantucket this weekend.
Pence is on the Island for a campaign fundraiser, but Baker isn't attending that; instead, his office says he'll meet privately with Pence to discuss the Coronavirus pandemic and the federal government supporting state efforts, according to a report from WCVB-TV.
Baker, a Republican, has been critical of the Trump administration's response to the pandemic.
