Barnstable County officials say their economy is basically shut down because of the Covid 19 virus.
The Chairman of the County Commissioners is Ron Bergstram who says he is most concerned about the mental health of the senior population, many of whom are living paycheck to paycheck.
The Cape and Barnstable County have more senior citizens per capita than anywhere else in the state.
