Looks like it is just about a done deal in Falmouth where the Christ Lutheran Church has agreed to sell a little more than 7 acres of land on Brick Kiln Road for the construction of a new YMCA. 550 thousand dollars was the selling price.
YMCA officials call it an ideal site.
Now officials say they are just starting the process so it won't be until at least 2026 before the doors of the new structure will open.
