A hotel touted by Bourne officials as a significant part of the revitalization of Buzzards Bay is open.
The one-hundred-room Hampton Inn overlooking the Cape Cod Canal opened last Tuesday, according to a report from the Enterprise.
Bourne Selectman Peter Meier says the hotel is a result of the town partnering with the Cape Cod Commission to create a Growth Incentive Zone.
