Cape Man Sentenced In Connection With Amherst Fire

A Cape Cod man has been sentenced in connection with an Amherst fire. 

Andrew Ho of Hyannis has entered a guilty plea to one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Ho was charged with setting off fireworks inside an Amherst Apartment. 

The explosive seriously injured one person and left 21 people homeless. 

He has been sentenced to two years of probation. Assault charges have been continued.
