Home Builders & Remodelers Association Names New Officers

The Board of Directors of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Flanagan as their new Executive Officer, and Dave Ortolani as the new Director of Business Development.

Mr. Flanagan brings a decade of management and operations experience having worked at the U.S. Senate and the U.S. Department of State, and continues his public service as a selectman for the Town of Dennis. He also is involved in a number of local non-profits, including Cape Cod Young Professionals serving on its Public Policy Board, the Harwich-Dennis Rotary Club, the Dennis Chamber of Commerce, and he is a graduate of the Community Leadership Institute of Cape Cod. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this new role. Chris has also worked in property management and has a master’s in public policy and administration.

“I am thrilled to join the Home Builders and Remodelers Association team.” Mr. Flanagan said. “I look forward to working with the members, the Board of Directors, and staff to lead this strong organization and to make it even stronger.”

Mr. Ortolani is a veteran of the Communications industry, with 25 years in Printing, Publishing, Marketing and Sales. Over the last decade he has worked closely with HBRACC developing member websites and print collateral, building sponsorships for the Nail Bangers Golf Tournament, and helping rejuvenate HBRACC's flagship magazine, At Home on Cape Cod.
