Yarmouth Police Make Arrest in Upskirting Case

Yarmouth Police have made an arrest in the up-skirting case in their town.

The Department, on its Facebook page, says numerous tips from the public led them to David Wong, 49, of New Bedford.

Wong was arrested at his home Thursday morning and charged with two counts of secret video recording/electronic surveillance of sexual, intimate parts; both misdemeanors. He faces the same charge on a victim under the age of 18, a felony. One of the victims in the clothing store was a 9-year old girl.

Wong, a self-employed cleaner, faces arraignment today in Barnstable District Court.
