Centerville man already out on $200,000 bail, arrested and charged with heroin possession

December 6, 2013 (CENTERVILLE) _ A Centerville man well-known to police who was already on bail for his alleged role in a Hyannis shooting is back behind bars and being held one-million dollars bail.

            Ilya Zinov, 25, was arrested yesterday after police seized what they say was 1,300 grams of heroin and $19,000 in cash.

            He was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of a stun gun and possession of heroin.

            Zinov’s girlfriend -- Michelle Tocco, 21, -- his sister Elizabeth and her boyfriend Aaron Frye – were also arrested and charged with various drug law violations.

            Zinov was already out on $200,000 bail for an alleged shooting in Hyannis. He was aquitted of threatening a woman with a gun in 2011 and aquitted in a 2009 Hyannis triple shooting.
