August 13, 2012 (COTUIT) A Centerville man was killed and three others injured in a head-on crash in Cotuit last night.

The accident happened just before 11 p.m. on Route 28. Barnstable Police say a Ford pickup truck collided with a Ford Taurus sedan in the westbound lane.

Tighe Jensen, 53, died in the crash.

Jensen was a former Cape Cod radio announcer and most recently a voice-over artist for local and national businesses.

Three other people were injured in the other vehicle.

Just before the crash, Mashpee police alerted Barnstable  to watch for a pickup driving erratically on Route 28.
