September 26, 2012 (HARWICH) _ Detours are in place today on a section of Route 137 in Harwich.

The road will be closed between Queen Anne Road to the area of the Stop and Shop between 7 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

The closure is expected to last three weeks.

Access will still be allowed to residents and businesses in the affected area.

Sections of Route 137 are being reconstructed and widened during the project.

Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes over the next several weeks.
