Cape deals with another ocean storm

November 7, 2012 (HYANNIS) _ Southern New England is bracing for its second barrage of wind and rain in little more than a week, this time from an approaching Nor'easter.

Forecasters say the storm won't be as strong as superstorm Sandy, but could cause power outages and some moderate coastal flooding, along with rain and light snow inland.

There's a high wind warning and coastal flood warning in place for the Cape and Islands through Wednesday.

Winds out of the northeast will blow at 25 to 33 miles an hour -- with gusts to 60 on the Cape.
