Boat grounds, spills fuel in Orleans
ORLEANS - A boat apparently grounded and tipped over in the marsh off Town Cove behind the Orleans Inn in Orleans late Saturday evening.

No one was injured but an unknown quantity of fuel spilled into the water.

Firefighters spread out booms to contain the spill.

Crews were able to right and free the vessel and stop the leak.

Further details were not immediately available.

Two injured in Wellfleet crash
WELLFLEET - Two people were injured after a two vehicle crash on Route 6 in Wellfleet. The crash happened about 7:15 p.m. by Moby Dick's restaurant. The injuries do not appear life threatening. Wellfleet Police are investigating. Further details were not immediately available.

Shots reportedly fired at taxi
HYANNIS - Barnstable Police are investigating reports that the back window of a taxi cab was shot out early Saturday morning. The incident occurred along North Street near Winter Street just before 2 a.m. No one was injured. A ballistics unit was requested to the scene to check for evidence. Police are searching for suspects.
