PROVINCETOWN - Provincetown Police report three arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 28th at 1:30 a.m. Ofc. Gregory Hennick arrested
Stephen John McGovern, 47, of Provincetown was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop of yield
On September 30th at 12:28 a.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
Lee John Colton, 36, of South Boston
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop of yield
Speeding
Fail to wear seat belt
On September 30th at 11:52 p.m. Det. Richard Alves
Matthew R. Briggs, 38, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery (domestic)
Resisting arrest

Truro Police weekly arrest report
TRURO - Truro Police report four arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 24th at 11:07 p.m. Ofc. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Sean Michael Doyle, 49, of Truro who was charged with
Malicious destruction of property over $250
On September 25th at 6:40 p.m. Sgt. David Silvia arrested
Antonio Gonzalez, 44, of Truro who was charged with
Assault and battery
On September 26th at 6:39 p.m. Ofc. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Jade Audrey Silva, 22, of North Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest
On September 27th at 4:20 p.m. Sgt. David Perry arrested
Charles Sullivan, 23, of Truro who was charged with
Accosting/annoying person of opposite sex
Open and gross lewdness
Disorderly conduct

Yarmouthport shooting believed accidental
YARMOUTHPORT - Foul play is not suspected in a shooting Sunday evening in Yarmouthport. Officials were callled to a Plymouth Road residence around 8 p.m. where a male in his 50's was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was rushed to Barnstable Municipal Airport and MedFlighted to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Yarmouth Police are investigating the incident which appears to have been accidental.
