July 10, 2012 (WELLFLEET) _ Housing advocates from across Cape Cod have begun their trek from Provincetown to Falmouth to raise money and awareness for several housing  agencies.

Bob Murray with the Harwich Eccumenical Council for the Homeless has led the Housing with Love Walk since the beginning.

He says preventing people from becoming homless in the first place is the key.

Twelve housing agencies will be raising money during the walk. Yesterday’s leg went from Provincetown to Wellfleet – where it resumes today – heading for Brewster.
