August 24, 2011 (CAPE COD) The loss of a Cape Cod business turns into a gain for Rhode Island.           

That state's governor -- Lincoln Chafee -- will celebrate the relocation to Rhode Island of a Harwich company that got a loan from Rhode Island's small business loan fund.           

Officials with the State Economic Development Corporation say Local Hooker Rods, which sells fishing rods and other fishing gear, has moved to West Warwick, Rhode Island.            

It had been located here on Cape Cod.
