July 19, 2011 (YARMOUTH) A South Yarmouth man is accused of attempting to kidnap his girlfriend in the area of the town quick mart in Yarmouth this past weekend.           

Yarmouth police allege that 55-year-old Emiliano Trapiell Dominatto pointed a handgun at the victim Sunday afternoon and tried to force her into his car.           

The woman was able to run into the store – where employees there stood around her.           

Dominatto fled the scene – he was arrested several hours later in a West Yarmouth motel parking lot.           

He’s charged with felony attempt to commit kidnapping, felony assault while armed and violating of a protection order.
